For this live DVD, I returned to store-bought cardboard packaging and pre-printed stickers for the conventional release. A "deluxe" version included a poster, a postcard and a "one of a kind" signed polaroid from the artist. This solution allowed Anne to assemble to-order, reducing waste and redundancy.
