As one of the leading independent record companies in the world, Rounder was always pushing the envelope to be both creative, budget-conscious and sustainable. It had a very unique voice, both in the music industry, and with their devout fanbase.

• I came up with an approach for promotional discs where we bought cardboard sleeves in bulk and then modified the album covers to print on stickers. This concept saved both time and money, while also providing a distinct look and additional branding.
